Marco Pacini appointed new CFO the Fiera Milano Group

Fiera Milano S.p.A. communicates that, today, Mr Marco Pacini has become Chief Financial Officer of the Fiera Milano Group.

Mr Pacini, a graduate in Economics and Commerce of the “La Sapienza” University in Rome, has over twenty years of experience in administration, finance and control. Prior to joining Fiera Milano, he held several increasingly important positions in FCA Group - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

Fabrizio Curci, the CEO and Director General of Fiera Milano, commented: “I am delighted that Marco has chosen to join the Fiera Milano team. Given his considerable experience and proven track record, also at an international level, I am sure that Marco will play a key role within the Company.”

At today’s date, Marco Pacini held no shares of the Company.
