HMF India is the joint venture between Fiera Milano (with a 49% share) and Hannover Fair (51%) set up to develop trade fairs on the Indian market. The company is headquartered in Mumbai.

With the organisation of B2B events, HMF India operates on two levels. On the one hand, it can help Italian companies to access the Indian market through fairs; on the other it enables Indian operators to learn about Fiera Milano initiatives in Italy.
