All of fieramilanocity pavilions are fitted with lifts or other facilities that are designed to eliminate architectural barriers, in addition to reception crossings and disabled toilets. Parking bays for disabled visitors are equipped with special signs and are reserved to disabled users only (disabled parking car badge). Parking bays for the disabled comply with the timetable, routes set out by other car parks.

The new fieramilano exhibition centre was designed to take into account the needs of disabled visitors: lifts taking to every single exhibition area and congress hall, special bathroom facilities, reception crossings, reserved car parks and tactile tracks for people with limited eyesight. An assistance centre for disabled visitors is enable at fieramilano. The "Disabled Visitors Assistance Centre", located in the Service Centre at the Rho exhibition complex, sets out to create the conditions required to allow disabled visitors to travel to the exhibition complex and visit events, both for business reasons and for pleasure, as comfortably as possible. The centre can handle a wide variety of emergencies: from more common ones, such as a punctured wheel of a wheelchair, to more specific ones, such as the presence of an interpreter in the office with experience of communicating with disabled people from abroad.
