Milano, 28 May 2012.The Board of Directors of Fiera Milano SpA approved the Report on amendments to the Company Articles of Association that ensure a gender balance in the composition of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors as required under Law no.120 of 12 July 2011.

 

The report, prepared in accordance with article 72, paragraph 5, of Consob Rule no. 11971/1999, has been deposited at the Company’s registered office, at the operating and administrative offices in Rho (Milan), SS del Sempione 28, at the registered office of Borsa Italiana SpA, and published on the Company website www.fieramilano.it, in the Investor Relations, Corporate Governance section.
