Milano, 22 May 2012. Fiera Milano announces that today the deed of merger by incorporation of the 100% owned subsidiary TL.TI Expo SpA into the parent company Fiera Milano SpA has been finalised. This follows the information given in the press release of 12 March 2012.

The deed of merger by incorporation will be deposited and registered in the Milan Companies Register in accordance with the requirements in law.

It is expected that the merger will be effective as regards third parties from 1 June 2012; for accounting and tax purposes it will be effective from 1 January 2012.
