Fiera Milano SpA is the only Italian trade fair company listed on the stock exchange (since December 2002). It is controlled by the non-profit Fondazione Fiera Milano.

Fiera Milano manages two exhibition venues, fieramilano (on the outskirts of the city) and fieramilanocity, where it hosts professional exhibitions directly organized or realized by other organizers.

It  makes more then 60 trade fairs abroad in China, India, Brazil.Russia, Turkey, South Africa, Singapore.

Fiera Milano is active in different segments of the exhibition and congress supply chain through its companies: Fiera Milano Nolostand (stand fitting); Fiera Milano Congressi (conference management), Fiera Milano Media (multimedia and multi-channel communications).
